1000 Islands Kayaking is excited to provide you with nationally certified guides for a multitude of kayaking programs, from day tours to camping to skills courses. Our kayaking tours are designed with beginners in mind.

The most scenic theatre in Canada, the Thousand Islands Playhouse has two theatres on the banks of the St. Lawrence River. The Springer Theatre is an intimate air conditioned vintage "canoe club". The Firehall Theatre is a heritage building open to innovative staging.

Every Saturday until September 21st from 10-5 pm. The event designed to support local Artisans and provide a unique shopping opportunity to all visitors of Gananoque.

The Market will be located downtown across from Town Park on the beautiful 125 year Old King Street Pedestrian Bridge. Admission is free, and there is free parking.


Dan's Fishing Charters

Fish the St. Lawrence River for bass, perch and walleye or troll for musky and northern pike. All equipment is supplied. Boat is Transport Canada-approved and your guide is fully insured. Rates are by the hour and start time is at your convenience.

Gananoque Boat Line

Gananoque Boat Line operates five triple-decker vessels from the heart of the 1000 islands in Gananoque, Ontario. Parking, a large gift shop and restaurant are all available on site. On board, food and beverages are available with licensed bar. Our boatscombine indoor and outdoor seating.

Gananoque Golf & Country Club

Gananoque Golf and Country club is the grand old lady of golf clubs and will soon be celebrating her 100th anniversary. Arrive by car; or by boat at the clubs very own dock on the St. Lawrence River.


Gananoque Skateboard Park and BMX Track

The Skateboard Park has plenty of features ranging in size from beginner to skilled.

A BMX Track and soccer field are located beside the Skateboard Park, leaving lots to do for the whole family.

9 Hole - Green Acres Golf Club is a public golf course located in Gananoque. Two sets of men's tees create an enjoyable test of golf for players of all abilities.


Ground Zero Paintball

With over 200 acres of land, GZ Paintball has unlimited room to grow, and continues to do so. There is currently a possible nine fields to play, the excitement never ends! Speedballers and woodsballers alike can enjoy a variety of fields of play.

Located on Water Street, on the shores of the St. Lawrence River, this park provides an excellent view of the St. Lawrence and some of its famous islands. Bring your bathing suit and a picnic lunch and enjoy a dip in the river at the beach. A great way to spend a summer afternoon.

Pat's Diving


Pat’s Dive Charters operates out of Treasure Island Marina on Hwy #2, just 15 minutes west of Gananoque. Divers explore a variety of intact shipwrecks from the past two centuries. You can descend on to three masted schooners, paddle wheelers, and wooden steam vessels from the mid 1800’s.
