Public Library
The
Gananoque Public Library offers a wide variety of services which
include:
A broad selection
of reading materials, magazines, and newspapers.
Access to the Internet, videos,
photocopiers, microfilm readers books on tape, large print
books.
Large print books are rotated three times
per year and videos six times per year. The Inter-Library Loan
Service provides access to titles across Ontario. Microfilm can
be ordered from the National and Provincial Archives to assist
in Genealogy research.
The Library hosts children’s programs
throughout the year. These programs are essential in developing
of the love of reading in children and encouraging them to visit
the library and become comfortable with the setting and staff.
